Edit Scale for Flow Meter
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a professional to help me draw an edited scale for my flow meter.
The project involves modifying the existing scale of the flow meter to reflect changes in the maximum flow rate the meter can measure.
Right now the flow meter is 0 to 5 l/minute. I want it to be in percentage so that approximately 1 liter per minute will be 2% and the 5 liters per minute will be about 8%. There should be numbers 0 to 8 with a line for each number and then a line in between each number.
Between 0 and 5 liters on the old chart is approximately 59 mm. So the 0 to 8% scale should be 59 mm.
Underneath the scale where it says L/min O2 it should say % CO2
Underneath that should says Carbogenetics
So basically we are replacing the L/m scale to percent. 2% should be approximately where the 1 L/min is on the old chart and 8% should be approximately where the 5 L/min is on the old chart.
Attached is a picture and diagram of the old chart. Your job is to create a new diagram to be printed on the flow meter cylinder.
Thanks,
Steve
