Ductwork Design for AC Ventilation System

I'm in need of an expert designer who can create a precise ductwork design for a specific task. The task involves integrating a ducted AC system to function as an air-intake and air-conditioning device in my residential property. The ultimate goal is to achieve consistent ventilation.
The specifications are:
- The ductwork should be able to handle a total output flow of 150 m^3/h.
- The AC unit has minimum of 403 m^3/h itself.
Doing so possible if the part of the AC output airflow is split in two parts. One of which is redirected back to the input of the airflow.
