Draw plans to remodel and add onto existing structure (House Plans, Office Plans, Blueprints)

I have already drawn our plans in Sketchup and now I need someone to take the design and make the master floorplans to build our house. I have attached a copy of the floorplans from a house I build a few years ago to give you an example of what the final deliverable should look like. These plans will include:
1. Main Level Floor Plan
2. Basement Level Floor Plan (If government requires)
3. Roof Plan
4. Foundation Plan
5. Cross sections as required to show detail
6. Elevations (Front, Rear, Left & Right)
7. Site Plan

Other Requirements
1. All measurements should be done using the imperial scale (Feed & Inches)
2. Scale = ¼” = 1 Foot
3. In order for payment to be released plans need to be accepted by my local county building office. Here is a list of some of their requirements:
- PLOT PLAN (SITE PLAN)- 2 SETS W/DIMENSIONS TO SCALE AND SETBACK MEASUREMENTS
-BOUNDARIES, STRUCTURES, DRIVEWAYS, EMERGENCY TURN AREA, SEPTIC, WELL, DITCHES, CANALS, CLIFFS (>1:1))
- BUILDING PLANS- 2 SETS TO SCALE. MUST MEET 2018 IRC/IBC (NO PENCILED IN REVISION)
-PLANS: SITE, FOUNDATION, FLOOR ROOF FRAMING, FRONT ELEVATION, SHEAR COMPLIANCE (SEC. 602.10)
- ADDITIONAL PAYMENT AVAILABLE IF YOU CAN PROVIDE MANUAL J, D, & S for hearting/cooling HVAC system
