Drainage strategy

My project is a drainage strategy that requires surface drainage. I will need technical drawings included and what needs to be done is design of the system. I require an approach that is cost-efficient and environmentally-friendly. Therefore, I need someone knowledgeable in engineering able to come up with a creative solution that works. I am willing to provide details of the scope of work after finding the right person for the job.
