Draftsperson Needed for Retail Building Site Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a skilled draftsperson to create a site plan for a new retail project. The site plan should cover the basic layout including the building footprint, parking spaces, drive isles, etc. I can provide the zoning and its requirements for parking spaces, set backs, etc.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with retail building site plans
The plan does not need to include detailed architectural plans, full construction and engineering details or renderings. Just a simple site plan. This may lead to completing a couple alternative site plan options. I am trying to determine how best to utilize the site coverage. have a recent ALTA survey (1.87ac vacant parcel with approx 1.35ac useable).
