**Essential Skills and Software Proficiency:**
- Profound experience in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Australian Standards AS2870 (Residential Slabs and Footings) and AS1684 (Residential Timber Framed Construction).
- Capable of detailed design development to produce high-quality deliverables.
**Project Phase:**
