Dimensional Engineering Drawing in mm

I need a simple engineering drawing with all dimensions (Length, Width, Height) included. The units of these dimensions should be in millimeters. I would like to create a standard template to be used for multiple future drawing needs. Title block, description, logo placement, etc for a template. Attached drawing is the first needed drawing for my company, IMAGE COVER SOLUTIONS LLC. A simple duplication with the written modifications is all that is needed.
