Digital Site Plans for Commercial Building
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need existing site drawings redrawn as digital, easy-to-read site plans, elevations, and floor plans for a large 2-storey commercial building. The building is mostly an open-plan warehouse with minimal interior walls.
Requirements:
- Replicate all existing drawings, including Site Plan, Floor Plans (Upper and lower floor), and Elevations (These are hand drawn and date back to 1970s)
- Include a map of local parking (separate information will be provided to facilitate this based on google maps)
Final drawings should be in PDF format with a digital file provided also from the drawing software used to design it .
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD, other or AI drawing software
- Experience with drafting and drawing
- Attention to detail
