I receive intra-oral scans every day and need a skilled dental CAD partner who can transform them into production-ready ceramic crowns and bridges. You’ll get complete upper and lower arches with bite registration and, when requested, opposing dentition. Your job is to return precisely fitted designs that my milling unit can handle without adjustments.
Ceramic is the preferred material, so please work with libraries and parameters optimised for that substrate. Tight margins, natural anatomy, correct insertion paths and properly sized connectors for multi-unit bridges are non-negotiable. Exocad or 3Shape proficiency is ideal—let me know which platform you use.
Typical case flow: I upload the scans, you deliver the final STL plus the editable CAD file within 24–48 hours. If any touch-ups are needed, a quick revision cycle keeps the schedule on track.
Acceptance criteria
• Ready-to-mill STL and native CAD file for each crown or bridge
• Margins closed to <50 µm when inspected in CAD
• Occlusion verified against supplied bite scan with <20 µm relief
• Connector dimensions match ceramic manufacturer specs
