Detailed 3D Model for Product Visualization

I need a professional 3D CAD drawing for the purpose of product visualization, in one of thes programs:
1. STEP *Most preferred* (.stp/.step)
2. SOLIDWORKS (.sldprt)
3. IGES (.igs/.iges)
4. Parasolid (.x_t/.X_b)
5. PTC Creo (.prt)
6. Autodesk (.ipt)
7. CATIA (.catpart)
8. ACIS (.sat)

The attached pictures are a rough model that we would like to be made from injection molding.

-It is made of two plastic pieces, 1.) the center rod; and 2.) the 'top' piece that screws onto a flat surface (similar to a small drawer handle) the center rod can swing back and forth on. 

1. The center rod (1) with the 'bottom' end in the shape of a step; the other end with a hole bore through it so it can swing freely on the 'top' piece (2).

2. The 'top' piece (similar to a drawer handle) (2) with screw holes on each side to screw onto a flat surface, and a center rod the center rod (1) to swing back and forth on.

3a. The center rod (1) would be a continuous/one-piece rod in a "step-like” shape, such as the photo attached.

b. The solid plastic center rod (1) dimensions are: 2” diameter; 33” vertical length, which turns 90-degree horizontal for 3” 'step', then a downward 90-degree turn for 3”, for a total length of 36".

c. On the opposite end of the center rod (1), a 3/4” hole bore through it so it is able to swing back and forth freely on the supported rod or handle (2) which can be screwed into a flat surface.

d. Overall height of solid plastic center rod (1) is 36”, overall width is 3” at the 'step'.

4a. The 'top' piece (2) is flat with 2-4 screw holes to screw onto a flat surface,

b. and extends outward in the center with a small supported rod on each side (similar to the picture of a drawer handle), for the center center rod to swing back and forth on.

c. The solid plastic piece that screws into a flat surface (2) dimensions are: a 1”x3”with 2-4 screw holes; and a protruding center rod 3” wide, 5/8” diameter (which the center rod (1) can hang freely from.)
