Detailed HVAC and Plumbing Plans

I am looking for a seasoned drafter who could create detailed mechanical plans of HVAC and plumbing for a medium-sized space of 1000 to 5000 square feet. I require:
• HVAC and Plumbing plans: You would work on two different mechanical setups – the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and the plumbing of the given area.
• Detailed labeling: Ideally, not just the basic outlines and connections. I would need each part and its connection labeled for clear comprehension.
• Experience: Someone with a keen eye for detail and experience in drafting HVAC and plumbing plans.
While no specific material suggestions are needed, having a good grasp of mechanical plans and being meticulous in labeling would be crucial for this project.
