Detached Metal Garage Plan Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced draftsperson to prepare a simple plan for a detached metal garage. The plan should include the following features: windows, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in drafting software
- Prior experience in garage design
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to incorporate specified features into the design
Please, include examples of your previous work in your bid.
Note that we are replacing an existing garage and not submitting to council because it will be in the same envelope as the existing structure. A concrete slab will be required and an internal wall is needed to create a workshop area.
