Designer for cnc router

I am looking for a designer to create both 2D and 3D designs for a CNC router that will work with wood materials. The desired size of the designs is medium, between 12-24 inches. The ideal designer would have experience designing for CNC routers and be confident in developing technical drawings. I am open to both CAD and manual drawing options.
