Design two PCBs based on a biological research paper - 01/12/2023 16:09 EST
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled PCB designer who can create PCBs based on a biological research paper. The desired size of the PCB should be medium, between 2-5 square inches.
I have a specific component in mind.
I would like to have a PCB designed that is based on the paper that you will find attached.
1) A "needle" array in a hexagonal pattern as described in the paper. See figures 1 and 4. The difference to the paper would be that the needles need to be a standard, gold coated, round contact pin (Digikey ED1082-ND, 3128-5-00-15-00-00-08-0). The needle array must be divided into 3 electrical subsets as described. The array must fit into one well of a 24 multi-well cell culture plate (see attached technical drawing). The original PCB is shown in the attached WORD document. The size of the needle array needs to be modified so that the corner pins are within 0.5 - 1 mm of the wall of the 24-well plate.
The pins (needles) must be equidistant. Every pin must have exactly the same distant to every neighboring pin. The board should be larger than the well diameter, at least 1*1 inch.
2)A second design should have four (4) of these needle arrays on one PCB, similar to figure 4B. Adjusted to the well stances of the attached technical drawing of a 24-well plate.
The array will be used in exactly the same manner as in the paper, to electroporate cells. The PCB would sit on top of the well of the plate and the gold pins sticking down into the liquid.
I will require an NDA.
I will need absolutely all files and drawings to get the board prototyped.
