Design a residential house

i need an architect or someone with good technical building expertise to put together a theoretical design for a house.
The house will be 2 floors, consisting of the Ground & 1st Floor

Ground Floor
• Double garage
• Master Bedroom
• Kitchen/Diner
• Pantry
• Storage spaces
• Dining room
• Family room
• Living room
• Office 1
• Office 2
• Powder Room (1/2 Bathroom)
• Stairs Upstairs

1st Floor
• Master Bedroom
• 3 Double Bedrooms
• 1 FUll bathroom
• 1 Family Room




Currently, we have anticipated a 4000 square foot house which we feel is way too large. We are happy to have the top floor smaller than the ground floor or modify the size of the house.
1. Ground floor: 55 Feet Wide // 45 feet Deep
2. 1st Floor: 55 feet wide // 45 Feet Deep
Note: if the house is too large, please feel free to make some modifications to the design size.
Please use common sense in coming up with the design. Keep bathrooms close together to limit plumbing work expenses etc.

personally I feel the house could be reduced to 3500 FT or other.

we need good sized rooms.
