Design modifications

I purchased a 62x38 steel building kit that was designed for assembly in Ohio with a wind load rating of 90 mph. I want to ship this kit to Santa Rosa Co, Florida for use as a new home in the near future but the required wind load rating may be as high as 140 mph. I am searching for an engineer that is certified to provide design modifications to this kit to meet those requirements. A complete set of digital copies of the plans are available for review.
