Design Dumpster Enclosure Plan -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a detailed plans for a trash dumpster enclosure for Permitting purposes as owner-builder. The primary goal is to ensure compliance with local zoning laws. The enclosure must meet the necessary regulations and standards.
These concrete structures are very straightforward. I have attached an example architectural plan for very similar structure, except mine is simpler. No side landscaping, only in the back of the structure. The other change is that there will not be a side entry because this is for commercial, not residential. You basically need to duplicate the images you see into one document. I will provide a survey that you can convert to a site plan. I am attaching the location of the enclosure on the property.
This enclosure will vary in size as follows:
Inside dimensions: 10'6" Wide x 8'-6" Deep x 7' high
The top of the walls of the enclosure should be sloped to the interior.
6" bollards on sides and 6" concrete wheels stop along back
Each of the 2 metal gate doors shall have wheel at outer end as required by code (see sample Gates Engineering plan for a similar Dumpster)
Use the gate drawing and modify it to fit this new size.
Key Requirements:
- Design must comply with local zoning laws and be a document ready to use by contractor that will build structure. If the city requires any modifications to your plans, you will submit the requested changes within 24 hours of my request.
