Must record video.
Wifi and Bluetooth connection.
Capable of live streaming.
App controlled (on/off, record, view screens like split screen, front only view, ect)
The deliverables include both technical drawings and a functional prototype. The ideal freelancer should have expertise in camera design, electrical engineering, and prototyping.
Payment will only be made once functional prototype and App is proven to work through viewed video phone call.
