DXF file for laser cutter

Hello i have a project for an old lady . i need to create some garden art for her in the size of a large sheet of mild steel 1220mm x 2400mm . i have a pattern that i would like drawn up for our laser cutter to use to cut out the shape. So i am looking for a skilled person to create the dxf file for me please. i would also like two tui birds added into the picture also .
