FRONT FACE CONFIGURATION

Top Section (Bustdown Area)
• Rectangular diamond zone
• Dimensions: approx. 75.7mm wide x 20mm tall
• Contains a grid of 25–36 princess-cut stone sockets
• Socket size: 2.5mm x 2.5mm
• Socket depth: 2mm
• Wall spacing: 0.5mm between stones

Middle Section (Digital Display)
• Flat rectangular screen (non-diamond area)
• Dimensions: approx. 75mm wide x 35mm tall
• Raised or framed slightly (optional)

Bottom Section (Button Strip)
• 3 evenly spaced rectangular buttons
• Each button: 18mm wide x 10mm tall x 1.5mm raised
• 1 princess-cut socket per button
• Socket size: 3mm x 3mm
• Depth: 2mm
• Buttons can be slightly recessed from body or flush

Perimeter Border (Diamond Frame)
• Diamond-lined edge only on the front face
• Socket size: 2mm x 2mm princess cut
• Spaced evenly around border
• Depth: 1.8mm to 2mm
• No diamonds on sidewalls or back

• Clean, flat surface

PART 2: “448” TUNNEL BAIL

Style
• Custom-designed numbers “4”, “4”, and “8”
• Must appear as one connected sculpt
• Font should be smooth and designer-inspired (not block or jersey style)
• Hollowed horizontally to allow Cuban link chain to pass through like a tunnel

Dimensions
• Each digit: approx. 15mm wide x 20mm tall x 8mm thick
• Total width: ~45mm
• Minimum wall thickness: 2mm
• Fused directly to top of the pendant with hidden structural reinforcement behind connection

Diamond Option (if included)
• Small diamond sockets (optional)
• Max socket size: 1.5mm x 1.5mm princess cut
• 1mm wall spacing
• Should not affect chain passthrough clearance

PART 3: CUBAN LINK CHAIN

Link Style
• Traditional flat Miami Cuban
• Mold-printable as solid, non-flex chain
• Each link:
• Width: 12mm
• Length: 16mm
• Thickness: 4mm

Diamond Layout per Link
• Top face only (no sides or bottoms)
• 2 rows of sockets
• 3 to 4 princess-cut stones per row
• Socket size: 2mm x 2mm
• Socket depth: 2mm
• Spacing: 0.5mm between stones
• Tolerances must allow for glue-in or wax-set casting

PART 4: KAM CLASP

Lock Design
• Classic Cuban link box clasp style
• Includes side-mounted tension rods (Miami style)
• Lock mechanism functional or decorative depending on casting

Top Plate
• Flat plate mounted on top of link connection area
• Features raised “KAM” text, each letter outlined with diamonds
• Plate dimensions: approx. 20mm wide x 10mm tall x 2mm thick

Diamond Sockets on Clasp
• “KAM” formed entirely using glue-in princess cut stones
• Each stone: 2mm x 2mm
• Letter height: approx. 4mm
• Entire clasp top face and sides are bustdown
• Stone size: 2mm x 2mm
• Depth: 2mm
• 1mm wall spacing

1. Pendant + 448 tunnel (fused STL)
2. Chain + clasp (fused STL)

Print Compatibility
• Cura-compatible
• Single solid mesh, not animated
• Mold-ready (lost wax casting)
• Minimum wall thickness: 1.2mm
• All diamond sockets must be:
• Flat bottomed
• Squared walls
• Sized 0.1mm–0.2mm larger than target stone size
• Example: 2mm stone → 2.1–2.2mm socket

Materials:
• Printable with PLA or resin
• Designed for mold use, not final wear in plastic
