4 Custom sheet metal roller system
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Requirement:
1. Custom roller system for 3mm aluminum
2. The system is required to take flat stock aluminum and bend it to a profile shape
3. The design will be for four different profile shapes (one profile subject to minor change 9210010)
4. The design must be in solid works
5. All original files without any password locks must be provided
6. Bill of materials required
7. All calculations required
8. All mechanical and hydraulic parts must be able to be sourced through Alibaba or AliExpress
9. All shop fabrications drawings required CAD and in PDF
10. Support during fabrication
11. Subject to drawings and model adjustments during fabrication
