Custom Stainless Steel Water Pitcher Design
Budget: $10 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced CAD designer to create a custom water pitcher design for me. The pitcher should be made from polished stainless steel with a minimalist form and slight pencil-round edges.
Design Requirements:
- Minimalist, clean form with slight pencil-round edges.
- Open spout at the top.
- Detachable head from the base for convenience in cleaning and filling.
- Single-walled jug with thickness of 1.2-1.5mm stainless steel.
You will be responsible for creating a drawing package that my manufacturer can use. I need both 2D technical drawings and a 3D model. The 2D drawings should include full dimensioning, manufacturing notes and tolerances.
While the aesthetic appeal of the pitcher is important, the primary focus should be on ensuring ease of manufacturing. The preferred manufacturing techniques for this design will be laser cutting, folding, and welding. I would appreciate your expertise in finding an effective solution to prevent leaking at the seam between the head and base.
