Custom Roll Former Tooling Design
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm seeking an experienced engineer or tool designer to create custom roll former tooling. The tooling will be used for aluminum and should accommodate a custom profiles. We are looking to have three profiles made four our air filter production lines. 2 sets will go on a two station roll former, and another will go on a single station machine. Sketches with dimensions of profiles, and specification of machines will be provided.
Key Requirements:
- Design tooling for a custom roll-formed aluminum profile
- Experience with roll forming and tooling design
- Ability to work with various thickness ranges
