Custom 3D Printed Nozzle Adapter Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm currently in the need of a professional to take my existing idea and dimensions to create a maker file for 3D printing. The final print will be a specialized nozzle adapter for my small handheld vacuum and will be printed on a Bambu A1 with PETG.
To ensure optimal result, ideal skills and required tasks include:
- CAD Design: Expertise in 3D CAD software to incorporate my concept with design refinement suggestions.
- 3D Printing Knowledge: A good understanding of 3D printing intricacies and how to optimize designs for 3D printing with PETG on a Bambu A1 machine.
- Custom Fit Design: The nozzle adapter needs to be designed to fit a specific vacuum model – the creative input and technical execution to ensure a custom accurate fit.

Attached a drawing I made with some dimensions (not drawn to scale!). The picture might give a better idea of what I am going for using two existing nozzles that I have. Basically, it will just narrow down to a smaller inlet. Hope that helps!
