Custom Mechanical Keyboard PCB Design

I am looking for a skilled PCB designer to create a custom mechanical keyboard PCB with the following specifications:

- 64-key compact layout based on a 60% footprint, similar to the GravaStar V60 Pro style.
- Dedicated arrow keys and a delete key.
- Shortened right Shift key to accommodate the arrow cluster.
- ANSI (QWERTY) layout.
- Hot-swap support for MX switches (3-pin and 5-pin).
- USB-C connectivity.
- QMK/VIA firmware support.
- RGB underglow/perimeter lighting.
- Screw-in stabilizer support.

Deliverables:
- Editable PCB design files (format suitable for production).
- Supporting files required for manufacturing.
