Custom R&D Machine Creation
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking a talented engineer to build a unique CAD design for machine for manufacturing. I have most of the 3-D files for the parts and have a design that has already been validated in a prototype. This machine can be made from 8020 parts or can be designed to have a custom manufactured shell (preferably metal). The machine will perform two key functions: liquid handling and optical measurements.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Deep understanding of R&D machinery
- Proficient in designing machines for liquid handling (All liquid handling is performed by stepper motors and/or vacuums)
- Skilled in incorporating optical measurement capabilities (This is designed already)
- Strong engineering background
- Creative problem solving skills.
