Create a 3D solid file and create milling toolpaths using Mastercam or Fusion 360

I am looking for someone with CNC lathe and milling machining experience (preferably also with manual lathe and milling machines), and is proficient in CAD/CAM using Mastercam or Fusion 360. If you have experience with other CAD/CAM software, please let me know.
Could you please let me know how many years of CNC machining and CAD/CAM experience you have personally? There will be ongoing work for the right candidate.

SMALL PROJECT:
Attached are the drawings for a component I need to machine.
Assume the material is mild steel, profile cut from 150mm thick plate.
Please recommend the best tools required for the toolpaths to machine the part, using a vertical 3 axis CNC milling machine.
Describe the best step by step process to machine this part from start to finish, including how to fix/clamp down the stock material onto the CNC milling machine table.
