Create a Jewelry CAD JCD file

I'm looking for a Freelancer to create a Jewelry CAD file for a pendant. I'm not looking for assembly instructions; however, I do require an average level of detail. I know exactly what I'd like the pendant to look like, and need someone with the expertise to create a high quality Jewelry CAD file for it.
