Create 4x Cad drawings from PDF

I am looking for an experienced CAD designer who can create four drawings from a PDF using AutoCAD software, and edit for accuracy as necessary. I do not require 3D visualisation. I expect the designer to be highly proficient in the selected CAD software and confident in their ability to deliver a high quality product, on time and to the given specifications. As this is a timely project, the designer should have a solid understanding of the software and the associated processes, with a focus on quality. The completion of these drawings should demonstrate proficiency in the software and be based on best drawing practices. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
