Create a CAD for a new product

I am looking for a freelancer to create a CAD based on a wireframe model for a new product. The design should follow the criteria outlined by the wireframe model. The freelancer should be able to generate a model that is suitable for use in digital prototyping and 3D printing. Additionally, I would like the freelancer to generate the model in the STEP, IGES, and/or DWG format.
