Create a CAD Model Based on Loose Specifications

I'm looking for someone to create a CAD model of the objects featured in the files attached to this listing (one Blender/.blend file and one PDF file). Please carefully read the PDF document (it's fairly short) before contacting me with an offer to make sure you have the skills required to complete the task. As you'll notice, the PDF file isn't exactly a set of formal specifications, and I made it in somewhat of a rush so there's a good chance some details are unclear or even missing.
