Council Approval Carport Drawings -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need complete, council-ready construction documentation for a timber-frame carport that will be fixed to an existing brick wall. The footprint is 14.04 m long x 3.96 m wide with a clear height of 2.8 m, and the site is classified Wind Category 28N.
The attached sketch shows the appearance I am after; please follow it exactly and translate it into full architectural and engineering specifications. All structural timber is to be pine, and you will need to size the rafters, wall plate, purlins and fence-line posts so they carry Custom Orb roof sheeting in accordance with Australian Standards.
Key deliverables
• Signed-off architectural set: plans, elevations, sections and connection details
• Certified engineering drawings, including framing layouts, member schedules and fixing details
• Timber sizing calculations (rafters, purlins, plates, posts) stamped or accompanied by your registration number
• Formatted package ready for immediate council submission (PDF and DWG)
I will supply the base site plan and existing wall details once we start. Preference will be given to registered architects or structural engineers who can show similar approval packages and provide client references.
