2BD/2BA Cottage MEP Schematics UPAtED Floorplan REPOSTED WITH FINAL FLOOR PLAN

I already have complete architectural blueprints for a small, slab-on-grade cottage (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) and now need matching mechanical drawings. Please create detailed plumbing and electrical schematics that a local tradesperson can build from without additional drafting.

Plumbing must cover supply, DWV, venting, and fixture rough-in dimensions; electrical should include panel schedule, circuit runs, receptacle and lighting layout, switching, and conduit or cable sizing. Both systems are to be standalone—no tie-ins to any existing services outside the cottage envelope.

Deliverables:
• PDF plan set plus the native CAD/DWG files
• Separate legend/schedule sheets for fixtures, fittings, and load calculations
• Any code notes needed for IRC/IBC and latest NEC compliance

I will supply the architectural plans in PDF as soon as we begin so you can layer your work directly on top.

Attached is the final floor plan I need a plumbing and electial lay out all plumbing in on one wall and vents to the roof there is a 4 Inch main that wull go to the existig septic system
