Convert DWG drawing to 3D inventor drawing

The project requirements are:
1- To convert the attached DWG drawings for both structure to a 3D drawings using Inventor or Solidworks (Inventor is preferred but solid works will be ok also), Please get all you dimensions from the DWG file
2- To generate 2D production drawings and bill of material for the different parts using the attached template
3- Must use imperial units (inch , foot, lbs, ....)
