Key tasks include:

- Creating sketches and preliminary designs
- Developing prototypes based on preliminary designs
- Selecting appropriate materials for design and durability
- Defining technical specifications and requirements
- Conducting cost analysis for production feasibility
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Conducting user experience testing to gather feedback
- Implementing an iterative design process for continuous improvement
- Creating detailed documentation of the final design

Ideal candidates should have:
- A strong background in physical product design, specifically within the consumer electronics sector
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills
