3D/2D Construction of airbrush system, solidworks or similar

We need the construction of an electric airbrush system in 3d and later for 2d construction drawings for injection moulding, casting etc… The system consists of standard industry electric motors, pumps, controllers and USB charging unit as well as a finished outside shape from an industry designer.
We need an engineer that can put all parts together in a CAD System and that can help in industrialising our product. Solidworks or similar skills required and understanding of production methods in consumer product manufacturing.
