Construction Progress Monitoring

I need a professional to track the progress of lender construction projects. This tracking is specifically for lender draw requests, so accuracy and timeliness are critical. The ideal candidate would be able to provide documentation in the easiest method possible, whether that be written reports, photographic evidence, or video recordings. Multiple project types including commercial, multifamily and single family construction. Northern Colorado or Wyoming based preferable

Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in construction management
- Excellent communication skills for report writing
- Experience in providing progress reports for lender draw requests
