Construction Drawings for 3-Level Commercial Building

Project: Construction Drawings – 3-Level Commercial Building (Post-Approval)
We are seeking an experienced architect to prepare Detailed Construction Drawings for a DA-approved, three-level commercial shell building with basement parking.
Planning / Development Approval Drawings are complete and available in Revit and CAD.
Scope
• Review approved planning drawings
• Prepare construction-ready / IFC drawings for builder pricing and certification
• Refine design for buildability and cost efficiency in coordination with engineers
• Deliver:
o Plans, sections, elevations
o Window & door schedules
o Facade and envelope details
o Key construction details
• Ensure compliance with NCC and Australian Standards
Requirements
• Commercial construction documentation experience
• Familiarity with Australian codes
