I'm seeking a professional engineer (PE) licensed in Texas who can develop full MEP drawings for a restaurant space that is larger than 2,000 square feet.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Mechanical systems drawings
- Electrical systems drawings
- Plumbing systems drawings
- Reflected Ceiling Plan
The drawings need to be accurate and detailed to facilitate the smooth implementation and completion of the project. All drawings will need to be stamped by the contracted professional, confirming they meet all relevant codes and regulations within the state of Texas.
Ideal freelancers will:
- Be a Texas licensed PE, able to stamp the drawings
- Have proven experience with commercial MEP drawings
- Have experience working with restaurant projects and expertise in navigating the unique requirements of commercial kitchen spaces
