Composite Deck Design with Hot Tub

I am looking for an experienced deck engineer to develop a deck project made of pressure treated wood or metal beams and composite deck material. This deck should be designed in a light color theme. A significant feature of this deck is the incorporation of an inflatable hot tub, which may be placed anywhere on the deck. Principles of design, functionality, and safety should equally be considered.
