Complicated Custom Gearbox Design and Prototype

I am looking for an experienced engineer to develop a custom gearbox design, and a prototype of that design, for me. The gearbox design needs to be tailored to my requirements, and it needs to be made with metal. It will be a large gearbox, used specifically for power transmission. I expect the engineer I hire to provide expertise and deliver exceptional output. The chosen engineer should have a proven track record in complicated custom gearbox design and/or production. Experience in the usage of advanced CAD and CAM software is preferred. The engineer must also be able to advise and explain the intricacies of the design and offer guidance during the prototype's construction phase. This project requires someone who is familiar with best practices and modern engineering techniques. I look forward to working with the chosen engineer!
