Complex Wave STL for MDF_Today Only Urgent -- 2

I’m creating a large-scale MDF feature panel that will measure 10 ft × 5 ft and be carved 6 in deep. The look I’m after is a complex, flowing wave pattern rendered with high detail so every contour reads cleanly once machined.

30mm mesh grid with the wave pattern

Dimensions: 10 feet x 5 feet.

Material Thickness & Relief: The panel consists of a 1-inch base thickness to support a high-relief carving of up to 6 inches.

Edge Detail: All exterior edges of the panel must have a fillet (rounded) profile; no sharp corners.

Surface Texture: A 30mm grid pattern on the entire surface. Each grid line must be a 2mm wide groove

Need a stl file type, that is suitable for CNC

I’m ready to share the references as soon as we start, and I’ll be available to test-fit the file in my CAM software if any quick tweaks are needed.
