Complete MEP BIM Model

The Service Provider shall prepare a complete and coordinated BIM model for the G+8 building project strictly based on the issued CAD drawings, specifications, and CPWD standards. The scope includes architectural modeling (grids, levels, walls, doors, windows, floors, roof, staircases, and room data), structural modeling (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and framing elements), PHE modeling (water supply, drainage, sewer lines, and STP components), and electrical and fire system modeling (internal wiring layouts, cable trays, fire fighting and fire alarm routing, and solar PV layout where applicable). The work shall also include integration of all discipline models, conducting minimum two clash detection cycles, and submission of a coordinated, clash-free model. Deliverables shall include the final Revit model file, coordination file (if required), quantity take-off in Excel format, and PDF drawings extracted from the BIM model. All work shall be completed within the agreed timeline and subject to approval at each milestone stage.
