Complete Commercial Electrical Fit-Out
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m ready to move from drawings to reality on a new commercial space and need a certified electrician or team that can execute the full installation exactly as detailed in my completed construction plans. The scope is clear:
• Lighting systems – install all fixtures, emergency lighting, and smart-controls specified in the drawings, verify lux levels, and integrate with the building’s automation panel.
• Power distribution – run conduit, pull conductors, set panels, breakers, and receptacles, then balance and label every circuit in line with NEC standards.
• Data & communication cabling – pull and terminate Cat-6A and fiber runs, dress racks, test with Fluke gear, and deliver certification reports.
All plans (PDF and DWG) are ready; I can share them immediately along with the electrical schedule and manufacturer cut-sheets. I will handle permits and on-site coordination, so you can focus on installation, testing, and hand-over documentation.
Deliverables are considered complete when every circuit, fixture, and cable tests within spec, as-builts are returned in CAD/PDF, and a written verification report is signed off. If you have recent commercial fit-out experience, appropriate licensing, and your own tools and testers, I’d like to get your timeline and any questions so we can lock in a start date.
