Commercial Transformer Pad Concrete Design

I require the design of a concrete pad for a small commercial transformer, up to 500 kVA. The pad will be used to support a transformer for a commercial structure.

"I have drawings, the transformer and switchboard will sit 3 feet apart on the same pad, the transformer opening and switchgear opening should be shown open on the pad, 6 inch overhang from end of equipment all equipment. Building 5, has a 750kva 208/120v and SWBD-B5 2500 amp on 1st pad, 2nd pad is building 8, 300kva 208/120v and 1200AT in secondary, Building 9 500kVA 208/120V, 1000AT, lastly building 4, 1000 kVA 208/120V and 3000AT"
