Commercial Metal Meter Box CAD Design

I'm seeking a skilled CAD designer to create a detailed design for a commercial electricity meter box made of metal.

Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented draftsperson or mechanical designer to prepare a 2D and/or 3D CAD drawing of a two-part steel electrical meter enclosure for EV charging infrastructure. The design will be based on the specifications outlined below and must include technical drawings suitable for fabrication (laser cutting, bending, drilling, powder coating).
Scope of Work:
You will be drafting:
Upper casing with hinged access panel and internal DIN rail
Lower casing with cutout for EV charger integration
Provision for cable pass-through between casings
Mounting holes, DIN rail placement, lock cutouts, antenna and cable entries
External finish and door seal details
Design Specifications:
Upper Casing (including door):
Dimensions: 330mm (W) x 240mm (H) x 170mm (D)
Material: Sheet steel, 1.2mm – 1.5mm (12–14 gauge)
Finish: White powder coat, RAL 9016, satin, Interpon D1000 or equivalent
DIN rail: 35mm type, 160mm length, inset 40mm from left, 80mm from top
Antenna Provision: Ø25mm hole on top-right flat surface (not curved)
Incoming Cable Provision: Ø15–20mm hole on top-left flat surface
Lock: Hole Ø22.5mm, compatible with common cam lock housings
Hinges: 2 × universal butt hinges
Sealing: Front to be water-resistant, with integrated rubber seal
Cable pass-through to lower box: Opening centered, 200mm (W) x 70mm (H)
Lower Casing (with removable front panel):
Dimensions: 330mm (W) x 330mm (H) x 170mm (D)
Front Cutout: 300mm (W) x 300mm (H)
Material: Sheet steel, 1.2mm – 1.5mm (12–14 gauge)
Finish: White powder coat, RAL 9016, satin, Interpon D1000 or equivalent
Charger Integration: EV charger will be accessed via rear. Front panel is removable.
Cable pass-through from upper box: Centered cutout to match upper box (200mm x 70mm)

Images and sketches will be provided to assist with design interpretation and enclosure configuration.
Deliverables:
Fabrication-ready 2D technical drawing (DWG or DXF)
Optional: 3D CAD model (STEP/SolidWorks)
Indication of mounting points, openings, and material callouts
Clearly labelled dimensions and tolerances
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sheet metal enclosure design (IP-rated electrical enclosures preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar
Understanding of IP sealing, powder coat finishing, and fabrication constraints
