Commercial Grease Trap Design & Plumbing Plans

I need a professional engineer to design a grease trap for a commercial property. This project involves creating plumbing plans from scratch.

Key Tasks:
1. Design and calculations for a grease trap.
2. PE stamping for the design.
3. Plumbing plans with a stamp.
4. Submitting the plans to the Health & Safety department in Amarillo, TX.
5. Pulling a permit from the plumbing department in Amarillo, TX.

Requirements:
- Design has to adhere to local Amarillo, TX codes.
- Creation of plumbing plans from scratch.
- PE (Professional Engineer) stamping for the design.
- Experience with Health & Safety department submissions and plumbing department permit pulls.

Ideal Skills:
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
- Extensive knowledge of local Amarillo, TX codes.
- Proven experience with commercial plumbing design.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with local departments.

Must have PE & Master Plumbing license in Texas. Must complete the project within 24 hours & within the project budget.
