Commercial Electrical Take-off from Blueprints

I need an Electrical Contractor or equivalent experienced in 3 phase, commericial electrical work as well as 24v occupancy sensor work and in-conduit wiring to generate an extremely detailed electrical take-off from blueprints which I will provide in PDF format. I need the result to be an excel spreadsheet with columns for "Item" "Quantity" "Description" "Location" etc. It needs to include the lengths of conduit by type/size as well as wire as well every box, conduit elbo, panel, service entrance item, light, switch, etc. The take-off needs to formatted as such that I can send it to various electrical supply houses for material pricing.

Take-off is ONLY needed for electrical sheets, E001, E101, E211, E212, E221, E222, E231, E511, E601

PLEASE NOTE: I've attached the complete set of blueprints, AND a REVISED electrical set that goes with the original set. Reference both sets to create the complete take-off.
