Combine two DWG files into one - rainscreen cladding

We're looking for an AutoCAD technician who understands and has worked with rain-screen cladding, who can combine the important details from two different CAD files into one. Essentially you'll need to replace the generic panel with the detail from our specific panel CAD so that the final file has the panel with supply with the brackets and rails.
There may be a chance of ongoing work, so please tell us your hourly rate and how long you believe it will take you.
