Clamp mechanism design concepts for railway transducers

I am looking for someone to help me with specialized design concepts for railway transducers to produce a clamp mechanism that is smaller than 100 kg in required load capacity, more than 50 mm in required opening size, and constructed out of steel. The ideal candidate would be able to investigate the requirements of the project and come up with a design concept that meets all project specifications. The successful candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering and the tools and resources necessary to complete the task in an efficient and effective manner.
